She shared her own story of anixiety and how God lead her down a path of Scripture memory and how it is transforming her heart and mind! Then she walked us through her steps to memorizing Scripture and how she digs into the words, thinks it through, reflects on it and then builds verse by verse until she has memorzied chapters of Scripture!
