** Titus2 Mentoring is designed for Mentees under 50 yrs
Titus2 Mentoring is a curriculum based mentoring relationship that connects older women with younger women (under 50yrs) to encourage and challenge one another in their walk with Jesus. Joining a Titus2 group is opening up your life to grow, learn and find community.
Each group will consist of 3-6 women and 1 or 2 mentors. You will not only have access to a one-on-one relationship with your mentor, but also a community of women in the same stage of life.
We have a wonderful group of mentors who are excited about leading these small groups!
We ask them to be transparent, committed and available. As they share wisdom gained through years of walking with the Lord, some of the most valuable insights they will share will come from their mistakes; so hopefully, you can avoid the same mistakes they have made along the way.
Each month will focus on a topic that is vital to you as a follower of Christ, as well as a wife, mother, daughter, employee and friend.

This mentoring opportunity does require significant personal commitment. But participating in this type of group has been a major catalyst for spiritual growth in the lives of many. The commitment involves:
- Required retreat within the first 2 months
- Monthly meetings for 9 months (calendar will be set at first meeting)
- Monthly scripture memory
- Monthly assignments which include reading a book (with a summary of the key insights God gave you and any applications to your life)
- Monthly meeting with another woman from your group
- Monthly marriage challenge (for married groups)
- Creation of a Personal Ministry Plan by each mentee
*Materials will be provided at no cost to mentee
