NOTE: The Hebrew word for ________________________ literally means _________________________________. It was the complete destruction, or sacrifice, of an animal (except for the hide).
The angel said, “Why do you ask my name, seeing it is _____________________?” (v.18)
The Hebrew word for ___________________ used here is the word for _________________. This version of the word is used almost exclusively in describing God in the Old Testament. It literally means “of, from, or like _______”.
Read Judges 13:19-23. A kid and grain offering signified two things:
1. The goat/blood sacrifice signified __________________________________.
