1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
In microwave safe bowl, melt together the peanut butter and butter in 30 second increments, stirring after each period. Stir in the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Spread into a 9″ square pan. Pour the melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
**you can make this with either smooth or crunchy peanut butter depending on the texture you want.
