A disciple is one who has found Jesus, is following the ways of Jesus and is leading others to do the same. In our culture of disciple-making, we offer four distinct mentoring + discipleship pathways. Each provide opportunities for a woman to grow firm in her faith, equipping her to face life’s complexities and challenges through the guidance and encouragement of a mentor. The impact extends beyond personal growth, influencing families and other relationships as well as the church body as she is encouraged to take her next step toward ministry and/or multiplication. Is God calling you to be mentored or discipled? See below the four distinct pathways.

One of the best things about Titus2 was the spiritual gifts assessment and praying through 'what's next'. Titus2 really was a launching point for me to get more plugged in to the church community and serve in areas I am passionate about and that utilize some of my gifting. My mentor spent meaningful time praying through it with me and encouraging me in my next steps.

Flourish was a great experience! The group allowed for discussion, accountability, & support; while the mentors provided sweet connection & guidance as I prayed through what God was asking me to do next. I continue to look forward to ongoing community that spurred from friendships formed in Flourish!
-Patty
The years I have been privileged to participate in one-on-one mentoring have been some of the most exciting & rewarding in my life as a believer! I have had the joy of getting to know mentees on a deeper level & seeing them grow in their relationship with the Lord. My own walk with the Lord has been enriched beyond words!

419 is a great way to engage people with the Bible in a simple format that helps us learn about God’s plans for us. The sense of community in the group has built lasting relationships.
We had a group of four women who had nothing in common except that we were all available on Tuesday, and we formed such a strong bond through our times together.

Our Titus2 group transitioned into a Flourish group, and it was a great next step for us. Even though I came into the group as the mentor, I quickly realized that the mentees were the ones leading the discussion. That was a wonderful moment for me. Flourish is a great way to study God’s Word together as women…of all ages and stages.

As a Titus2 mentor I've been able to share with young women all the Lord has taught me. The intentionality of growing closer to God & each other in these intimate & safe settings has been an invaluable part of further deepening my faith. God has blessed me with a front row seat to all that He is doing & continues to do in & through these women I now call friends.

This mentoring relationship has been the best investment of my time over the last few years when it comes to my relationship with the Lord. Having someone to not only encourage me, but to challenge me has led to a closer walk with the Lord and a stronger faith. I am so thankful for the wisdom, knowledge and friendship that I have gained through mentoring.

I was new to JF and didn't know what to expect when I joined a 419 group. Studying the books of the Bible in the 419 format is such an easy way to invite others to join because it is so simple…reading the Bible and applying it to our lives. Since then, I was able to start another group with friends and lead a new group this year.
