Today’s Reading … Genesis 1-11 and Job 1-5
I am so thrilled that each of you has chosen to accept the challenge of reading the Bible! It is going to be amazing!! A few administrative items:
1. You will find printable study materials in many of the daily blog entries to enhance our read through the Bible. Tomorrow’s post will also contain the whole reading plan organized by day.
2. The first day of assigned reading is TODAY. The reading assignment is Genesis 1-11, Job 1-5.
3. You can do this! I am praying that as we start, the Holy Spirit will fill each of us with courage and excitement as we dive into God’s Word.

I am claiming Isaiah 55:11 as our theme verse for this summer, “so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return empty, but accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” He has a plan and a purpose for our time!
